Return Material Authorization

Prior to returning a product you must obtain a Return Material Authorization number, or RMA number. An RMA # allows us to route the package for faster turn-around. Processing for packages that arrive without an RMA # will be delayed by several weeks. The quickest way to obtain an RMA is from this support website.

Products that are still in warranty will be repaired or replaced if the product is deemed defective.

For products that are out of warranty we may recommend our Fix-With-New™ program. We have learned that most customers prefer we replace a damaged product with a new product, instead of repairing the product. The new product is going to have better performance, be more reliable, and last much longer than an older product that has been repaired. Additionally, the Fix-With-New program allows us to return a product back to you within 48 hours, whereas a repair could take much longer. Fix-With-New products are factory sealed and include a full new product warranty.

Products returned to us are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delays can occur if we have trouble determining the problem, or have payment or address issues. It is for these reasons that we want you to call us before sending a product.

If you still require help please call us at (920) 347-3810 during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST Monday thru Friday. Additionally, you can contact us via our online-email support system.

Be aware that during the months of July thru December our phone lines can get very busy, so please do not hang up. Your call is routed into a first-in / first-out call queuing system that will make sure your call is answered in the order received. Hanging up and calling back will only lengthen the time it takes to reach us. Generally, you can expect a wait time of under 10 minutes.

 

Return Shipping


If you need to ship a product back to us it is very important to follow these instructions:

  1. Remove the batteries and SD card and any accessories. Do not include them unless our Product Specialists request that you send them. If you send them in error you may NOT get them back.
  2. Package the product very well with padding or newspaper – DO NOT THROW IT IN A BOX WITHOUT ANY PADDING (yes, people really do this).
  3. Make sure you put your name, address, phone, email and the RMA # inside the box – DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP.
  4. Address the package to:

    Attn: RMA # (insert your RMA # here. Failing to do so will delay processing by 2 or 3 days. Really, it will.)

    De Pere, WI 54115 (for those of you who don't know, De Pere is a suburb of Green Bay, Wisconsin)


When we receive your package we will send you an email, so you do not need to call to verify arrival. We will also send you an email when we ship your product back. If you do not provide us with an email address please allow 2 weeks for your product to arrive (4 days to get to us, 2 days for us, and 4 days to get it back to you). If we have any issues with your return we will call and/or email.

Disclaimers

  • USE A TRACKABLE CARRIER ONLY, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS; make sure you keep a receipt of the shipment, as this is the only proof of shipment.
  • Use adequate packing material to prevent unnecessary damage, otherwise, you will be responsible for all repair cost resulting from improper packaging.
  • We recommend that you insure your package; any damage incurred in shipping will not be covered under the Standard Manufacturers Warranty. If your product is damaged in shipping, you will need to contact your carrier to file a claim.
  • Once received, your product will be inspected for damage. In the event your product appears to have damage that is not covered by warranty, you will be contacted by our service facility requesting a method of payment be provided. If this is not provided, your product will be returned unrepaired.
  • If you do not understand these instructions, please call our support for clarification.

 

USA Shipping (Lower 48 States)

  • $5 for orders under $15
  • $10 for orders under $250
  • Free for orders over $250

Carrier: UPS Ground to lower 48 states (physical address is required). USPS Priority Mail to PO Boxes.

Delivery: UPS delivery time is typically 1 to 7 days depending upon distance (refer to UPS Transit map below for more details).

Note: Spare Parts are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with estimated delivery of 7-10 business days.

 

AK, HI, & US Territories Shipping

Description: Actual shipping charges will be added at time of shipping. Customs fees and duties are not included.

Carrier: USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery: Varies by destination.

 

International Shipping

Description: Actual shipping charges will be added at time of shipping. Customs fees and duties are not included.
